Healing Solutions is about offering you a solution for you and your health.
The body is a wonder of natural science! Despite the harsh treatment our bodies receive in today's mechanised and polluted world they still have the ability to return to a balanced healthy state provided we treat them right and provide the right conditions for our bodies.
An interesting thing about our bodies is that we actually "control" our own body! Yes - from our mental pictures through to the foods that we eat to the things we expose our bodies to, we are controlling our bodies. Unfortunately, many of us have never learnt how to do that to achieve optimal health and well-being.
A naturopathic consultation with Caroline is all about where your body is at right now and how to "return to a balanced healthy state". Often the pathway involves making changes in your life and Caroline is very experienced at selecting appropriate and achievable changes with maximum benefits for you.
As part of your consultation Caroline will use your body indicators to identify what is going on in "your" body. These may include:

About Caroline
Caroline has used flower essences since 1992, and still remembers being given her first bottle of flower essences and thinking "WOW!! Why has no one told me about these before!!".
This started her love of flower and other essences and her quest to know more about them. Whilst studying to be a Homoeopath Caroline completed her dissertation on Bach Flower Essences and Anorexia Nervosa.
Caroline qualified with a Diploma in Homeopathy and 3 awards in 1994 and immediately started a private clinic and assisting clients to improve their health and well being. Since then Caroline has completed many courses and added qualifications including an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy. In 2010 Caroline gained a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University.
Other courses successfully completed included:
In 1998 Caroline started teaching courses at naturopathic colleges in Perth, Western Australia, as well as running private classes.
