Naina Vagadia is the founder of Healing Within (Sydney) – a business devoted to assisting those who are ready to live a life that is easy, graceful and harmonious.

Naina uses her gifts in energy healing, reiki, massage and the gentle, yet powerful modalities of ‘Serenity Vibration Healing’ and ‘Simply Healed’ to assist her clients to achieve better health and to release and reformat limiting beliefs to restore harmony to the body, quieten the mind and create the life they desire.

Naina has worked as a Remedial massage therapist for Chiropractors and Physiotherapists and has done contracted massage for Hotels in Sydney (The Westin, Intercontinental, The Blue Hotel and many more) as well as seated corporate massages in Sydney.

Treatments

Remedial massage (30 minutes - $35, 60 minutes- $70)
A great way to alleviate stress and cause relief for tight muscles (knots) and other aches and pains (back, neck, shoulders and legs). A remedial massage improves circulation, which nourishes cells and improves toxin/waste elimination as well as helping with flexibility and range of motion of joints and enhances energy and vitality.( Sports massage also assists athletes in speed of recovery and aid injury prevention)

Swedish massage (for Relaxation) - (30 minutes - $35, 60 minutes- $70)
A smooth flowing massage which allows you to relax, revive and rejuvenate yourself. Your body is your temple so why not treat yourself!

Pregnancy massage- 1hr- $70, 1hr 30min - $95
Take time out to pamper yourself before your bundle of joy arrives. A pregnancy massage can help with physical discomforts experienced during various stages of pregnancy such as, back aches developed due to changes in posture and additional weight of the baby, leg cramps, sciatica and neck/shoulder discomfort. It can also increase circulation providing greater vitality for mum-to-be and helps her to feel better about herself in a relaxed state. Post pregnancy massage is also great for relieving the discomforts after giving birth.

Reflexology – 30 minutes $35
More than just a Foot massage!!! It is believed that energy runs through the body in channels known as meridians and that massage of the feet stimulates these energy channels, promoting healing and relaxation. Every part of the foot corresponds to an area of the body, gland, organ etc. Reflexology is designed to restore the balance of different body systems and functions.

All Energy Healing sessions are $80 per hour ($120 for 1 1/2hr)

I use a number of energy healing techniques to clear away anything that is blocking you from achieving your goals and clearing mental clutter that plays like a tape recorder in your head even after events happened many years back. I believe I have laser like precision to get to the root cause of your issues, whether it be on a physical, emotional, mental or on a spiritual level using tools from Serenity vibration healing, Simply healed and many other modalities depending on what is required during the session.

Please Note: The creator is the healer in these energy healing sessions; as the practitioner I simply consciously direct what needs to be released for the session.

What is involved in a serenity session?

---

• SVH sessions can be implemented in person or on the telephone.
• During the session clients share the issues they desire to have addressed i.e. Not being able to conceive/carry children, not being able to maintain healthy relationships, issues with holding down a job, issues with money, career, allergies and any physical conditions or you could just feel imbalanced or feel a bit ‘off’. Your issue could be anything!!
• Some clients choose to bring a list of issues that they would like to be addressed; in this eventuality, the client reads through their issues. Whilst they are doing this the practitioner silently or verbally loads SVH processes and mechanisms regarding those issues to assist the releasing of seeds and foundations and anything anchoring and supporting beliefs, perceptions that supported drama, trauma and imbalance. A muscle test using ‘simply healed’ to clear negative energy and/or trapped emotions is also performed, creating imbalance from the subconscious mind and implanting positive affirmations to empower the client to release the old and embrace the NEW!!!
• At the end of the energy healing (From SVH modality) session, the practitioner leads the client to see or imagine a screen floating in front of them and to silently ask the creator if it is in divine alignment for the creator to implement this healing for them (basically whatever was discussed in the session).

How will I feel after an energy healing session?

• You may feel lighter like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders
• You may feel light headed for a few seconds while the healing is implemented, removal of all the old programs and beliefs with the replacement of new positive beliefs which put you back in the driver’s seat of your life.
• You may feel happier and more confident with moving forward and enjoying life.
• Because the Creator implements all elements of an SVH Session, all reformatting and transformational energy shifts are in alignment with divine timing and create no imbalance.

Can I have a session over the phone?

• Yes, transformational sessions are offered over the telephone. I work with your higher consciousness and soul to retrieve the information we need for the clearing, so it is not necessary for you to be physically present in my office.
