She also comes with a 12 year teaching background and as such seeks to educate, motivate and encourage you to take responsibility for your own health. Kathleen teaches the principles of good nutritional care, fitness and healthy life-style.
Kathleen is YOUR health facilitator and coach. She will advise you on which of her therapeutic practices will best address your condition and will often combine them to give you the best possible outcome.
