As dedicated and committed health professionals with over 20 years of in depth practical experience both personally and professionally, we have had the honour of actively guiding, educating and supporting a multitude of people through the transformation of their own bodies and lives.

YOGA
Our beautiful yoga rooms are a sanctuary for you to either begin or continue your love affair with yoga. These sacred ancient teachings work at a profound level improving all over health and well being and regardless of whether you are at beginner level, an advanced practitioner or anywhere in between, all levels are welcome to all of our classes we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable environment for all levels.
Your practice will be a fusion of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa principles. With a dedicated teacher to guide you through.

PILATES
Will improve your strength, stability and flexibility creating better posture. Pilates focuses on your body’s core architectural system – the deep stabilising postural muscles of the spine and trunk and by doing so increases stability and control of your back, pelvis, hips, neck and shoulders.
