Your essence is who you are.
When you know your essence you are able to feel it and claim it as your own. You are able to tell when others are influencing you in any way. You are able to feel when you are contracting i.e. making yourself small. It is your mission to stay fully in your own energy and to live a life influenced by your own soul not what others want from you.

You contract yourself for many reasons.
You have been taught to never be "full of yourself" - but this is your natural and rightful energetic experience. If you are not filled to the brim with yourself other energies (other peoples anger, sadness, shame, thoughts etc) can fill the empty spaces and influence you.

Right now allow yourself to feel your own energy and sense who is influencing you.

Are the thoughts you are thinking yours? Or are they you mothers? Are they your fathers? Are they you ministers, teachers, sisters, friends? Do you know the quality of your own thoughts?

Are your emotions yours? Are they influenced by what others have said or done to you? If so, then they are not your emotions at all.

When you claim your essence, and it embodies you, nothing outside of you is able to enter and influence you in any way. You will be living your own life completely.

Living from your essence is your natural way of being that you have forgotten. You simply need to choose to claim yourself in every moment, that is, to be fully conscious of our own being and the influences that impose themselves upon it. This is the first step to living in the fullness of love. Without this first step, you will do things that are in the best interests of others rather than yourself.

It is my purpose to help as many people as I can to connect to their heart and know their divine essence. I do this through the use of esoteric counselling techniques, meditation and the Conscious Awareness Technique. I have a gift that allows me to know what is holding you back from being able to connect to your essence and what influences you to contract from it.

Conscious Awareness Workshop
If you know who you are by first knowing your essence and then claiming it, no one can impose their thoughts, feelings or energy on you. You will know who you are. At this workshop it is my intention that you leave knowing your essence as well as understanding what makes you contract and how to claim who you truly are.

The experiential nature of the workshop is designed to give you insights into yourself, which includes your attitudes and behaviours, the way you view life issues, and your way of handling them. You will be given the opportunity to view yourself in completely new and different ways. It will allow you to see where you block love and how to open up to all that is available to you.

The processes of self-exploration, written exercises, sharing and listening makes it a meaningful and effective learning experience, stimulating healing and growth.

It will leave you with a new understanding of essence, as well as equipping you to deal effectively with long standing problems and new challenges. It will open your heart to the love that is already within you.
