Reiki is a Japanese healing modality. ‘Rei’ means ‘Universal Wisdom’ or ‘Universal Transcendental Spirit’ and ‘Ki’ means ‘Life Force Energy’. The ‘Ki’ is that energy which exists in all living things. Reiki can be used hands on or as a distance healing technique. The ‘universal life force energy’ is channelled through the practitioner to the person receiving the reiki.

The universal life force energy flows through the meridians of the physical body and through the aura. The life force energy is blocked where there is illness in the body. When reiki is channelled it helps to remove these blockages aiding the body to heal for the highest good. Reiki has an intelligence of its own in that the healing will go to where it is needed most.

A reiki treatment also includes the endocrine system and the chakras. The endocrine system (glands) is based in the physical body and the chakras are based in the etheric body. The chakras are subtle energy points that govern the energy flow in the body. These two systems are interconnected. The endocrine system conveys energy to the chakras and the chakras convey energy to the endocrine system.

Reiki is a safe and holistic healing which is used to heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual conditions. Reiki being cumulative continues to heal specific illness and unlike the use of drug therapy has no side effects.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field or Universal Calibration Lattice) balancing is designed to clear, strengthen and balance your electromagnetic field. Some electromagnetic fields are weak in areas and can also be not properly formed or even broken in parts. Consequently, this has a weakening effect on the whole system. The effects of the EMF phases are noticeable and the changes made are strengthening and balancing to the whole system and are always for the clients highest good.

The Universal Calibration Lattice (UCL) comprises the centre above (where one receives divine guidance and inspiration), the centre below (grounding us to Mother Earth), the core energy which runs from the centre below through the centre of our being up to the centre above and vice versa. The UCL also comprises long informational fibres which begin at the centre below and arch over the body ending at the centre above. The three back long informational fibres carry all of our past experiences including past life both positive and negative and the 3 front fibres carry all of our future desires, potentials and probabilities. The fibres at the sides are related to giving and receiving. The left is giving and the right is receiving.

Each phase also focuses on activating the relevant octahedron shaped template associated to the phase, and each phase also uses intents which are spoken by the practitioner and which the client repeats silently or aloud. The practitioner uses specific words and tai chi like movements during each phase.

The UCL also comprises infinity loops which carry information from the long informational fibres into each of the chakras.

Brief Description of Phases I-IV

Phase I: Balancing Head & Heart or ‘Wisdom & Emotions’
Phase I comprises an energetic body preparation which connects the client to their centre below, centre above and radiates more of their heart energy and their core energy. Clearing and balancing the chakras, balancing around the head, activating the template for phase I, amplifying core energy, and setting the relevant symbol and final adjustments. The final part of phase 1 is the closing comprising amplifying energetic awareness and grounding, high heart alignment and the closing statement. Gold energy is used throughout Phase I.

Phase II – Self Direction & Self Support
Phase II – comprises an energetic body preparation the same as in Phase I. Radiating core energy, clearing the back long informational fibres of old experiences which no longer serve, activating the strengthening of the ‘posture of self-direction and self-support’, strengthening the infinity loops, clearing the spine, clearing and balancing the back chakras, balancing the infinity loops, filling the back fibres with golden energy, balancing around the head, activating the template for phase II, final adjustments and closing comprising amplifying energetic awareness and grounding, high heart alignment and the closing statement. Gold energy is used throughout Phase II.

Phase III – Radiating Core Energy
Phase III – comprises an energetic body preparation the same as in Phase I & II, radiating core energy, clearing the minor chakras on the right and left sides at the front and the right and left sides at the back and clearing the jaw and the third eye and the back of the neck, balancing the downward flow of energy and balancing the upward flow of energy, intensifying the core energy, tracing the core energy pattern with platinum energy, balancing around the head, final adjustments and closing comprising amplifying energetic awareness and grounding, high heart alignment and the closing statement. Gold and Platinum energy are used in Phase III.

Phase IV – Manifesting Your Future Potentials – ‘Energetic Accomplishment’
Comprises an energetic body preparation as in Phases I, II & III, honouring the history, balancing and activating the back long informational fibres with platinum energy, balancing the infinity loops with platinum energy, amplifying platinum energy through the spine, balancing the downward and upward flow with platinum energy, tracing the core energy pattern with platinum energy, clearing and activating the front long informational fibres with energy, clearing the infinity loops, amplifying the field of potential, the connection to vital energy centres and the connection to the heart centre, connect to the source of wisdom, accent on the energy of love, balancing the upper body and then the infinity loops with platinum energy, balancing the long informational fibres with platinum energy, balancing around the head, final adjustments, amplifying energetic awareness and grounding, high heart alignment and the closing statement.

The sessions can be done as an individual phase or in combinations. The sessions also need to be done in a sequence from I to IV either individually or in combinations. The combinations are:
