Remedial Massage

Remedial massage can relieve sore and tight muscles, reduce pain and improve mobility. It also reduces stress and fatigue and improves sleep. A combination of remedial, deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques are used, depending on what is needed. Shoulder and neck pain, low back pain and sciatica are common problems that may be successfully treated with remedial massage.

Reiki Healing

A Japanese healing technique that promotes healing of the body, mind and spirit. Reiki cleans and clears the energy fields within and around the body and removes blockages so that physical and emotional healing can take place. It is deeply relaxing, brings about a sense of lightness and peace and improves sleep. It is best to wear loose or comfortable clothing.
Half hour $38, One hour $65.

Ear Candling

A relaxing and gentle treatment in which specially made cotton and beeswax candles are used to draw impurities from the ears. Removes ear irritations, clears sinus pain and pressure and assists in the healing of ear infections.
Half an hour $47.

Eastern Cupping

Heated glass cups form a vaccuum on the skin to draw the tissues away from the body and relieve stagnation by bringing toxins to the surface. It is useful in the treatment of shoulder, neck and back pain and other muscular pain as well as for respiratory diseases. Can be included with a remedial massage treatment if requested.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy deals with internal health problems, metabolic disorders and imbalances, through the treatment of the whole person. Causative factors are assessed with an in-depth case history and diagnostic tools including iridology. Any health condition may be improved with natural therapies such as digestive complaints, skin conditions, women’s health, menopausal symptoms, infertility, stress, anxiety, fatigue and depression. Treatment may include dietary changes, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation or massage therapy. The first consultation takes approximately one and a half hours.
First consultation $65, follow-up $38.
