What To Expect During Consultation
A consultation involves a comprehensive analysis of your health through case history, iridology, fingernail and tongue analysis and dietary assessment and then the computer program NES (nutri energetics system) based on quantum physics and quantum biology
You are completely involved in this process and gain a deeper understanding of your own well being and any lifestyle and dietary issues involved. Helen has been working the natural therapy industry for more than 16 years, Prior to that she was a teacher for many years, so brings a wealth of life experiences with her to her practice. She has worked extensively with people with life threatening illnesses and brings an wholistic approach to this work, embracing, diet, nutritional support, counseling, meditation, listening skills,reiki, reflexology and good old fashioned common sense to the client and their family,
Helen studied Nutritional Environmental Medicine with Prof. Ian Brighthope to further enhance her knowledge in this area
