Rae Powys is an experienced Naturopath with a special interest in the needs of children and fatigue management. Rae has the unique combination of being a fully qualified Naturopath and Exercise Physiologist. An in depth knowledge in both Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and Herbal Medicine allows Rae a wholistic and scientifically validated approach to health care.
Rae can provide a thorough dietary analysis, address nutrient deficiencies and health concerns. Her knowledge and experience has been utilised by many athletes to optimize performance, recovery and wellbeing.
Rae contributes regular articles to a local cycling publication and provides Nutrition presentations to competitors of the Perth Avon Decent. Rae has competed in a range of sports including Swimming, paddling (Avon Decent), triathlon and touch rugby. Rae is currently an active member of surf lifesaving and a regular cyclist.
