Services
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health and healing, with a focus on addressing the cause of the problem, whilst providing symptom relief. To obtain and maintain health, Naturopathy utilises assorted treatment protocols, including diet & nutrition, lifestyle choices as well as specific supplements and herbal medicines to build the body to best health.
Initial Consultation: $75.00 (includes iridology assessment)
Subsequent consultations: $45.00
Herbal Medicine is the first choice when obtaining and maintaining health. Nature has provided us with what we need for healing without the side effects that can occur with pharmaceutical preperations. As a herbalist I can prepare individualised liquid formulations for your specific needs.
Initial Consultation: $75.00 (includes iridology assessment)
Subsequent consultations: $45.00
Myopractic is a form of bodywork that integrates soft tissue and skeleton to relieve pain and aims to restore the body's structural alignment to an ideal state.
Initial Consultation: $70.00
Subsequent consultations: $55.00
Reflexology is a treatment for the whole body through massage and trigger points on and under your feet. This therapy is fantastic in promoting relaxation, reducing stress and improving health and wellbeing.
Sessions:
- $90.00 for one and a half hours
- $65.00 for one hour
- $40.00 for half hour
Reiki Reiki brings peace and balance to your mind and spirit.
Using a gentle ‘hands on’ technique through clothing, our Reiki Master transfers energy into your body. Reiki practitioners have an increased amount of ‘ki’ or life force energy which they can access to assist others.
Sessions:
- $90.00 for one and a half hours
- $65.00 for one hour
- $40.00 for half hour
Massage Therapy Remedial Massage Therapy utilising deep tissue therapy, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, passive movements and joint mobilisation techniques to achieve treatment goals.
Sessions:
- $75 for 1 hour
- $45 for half hour
Qi Therapy Remove energetic blocks and create more freedom in your life. Improve male/female sexual health. Build resilience and internal strength. Gain mental clarity and emotional peace.
Initial consultation: $110
Subsequent session: $80
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine or manipulation using hands on muscle and joint manipulation techniques. It works best with chronic muscle and joint problems.

Qi Therapy
I had high blood pressure and was prescribed hypertension drugs. However my hypertension was still concerning and I also suffered unacceptable side effects. By the time I had tried 9 different types, from the 4 major classes, of hypertension drugs my GP had given up but I didn't. I desperately needed a new strategy.
I tried a number of natural therapies before choosing Qi Therapy with Susan Holtmeulen at Herbs for Health Wellness Centre Morley. I find the treatment thorough and customised to my body's needs rather than specific to hypertension only.
I also changed my lifestyle to help myself. Less than a year after commencement of the therapy I enjoy normal blood pressure without drugs. Today, 3 years after the commencement of the therapy I am still enjoying, more than ever, normal blood pressure without drugs.

Remedial Massage
I constantly suffered from lower back and neck pain due to repetitive lifting and carrying, and was even waking in the middle of the night from the pain. After three sessions of remedial massage, the pain was relieved and my sleeping patterns improved. I also felt more flexible and relaxed and I have more energy now. I now have one remedial massage a month as preventative maintenance, as I dont want to undo all the good work done so far!

Catherine is the absolute best! I started out as one of Catherine's Reiki clients and on discovering how amazing she was and from the results I got from her treatments, I decided I would like to learn Reiki also. I went on to become one of Catherine's Reiki students and she trained me to Reiki II level. She has provided ongoing support ever since and I value the knowledge she continues to share with me.
She teaches to a high standard and was my first choice when putting my daughter through her Reiki I training also. As my daughter is very young it was important to me that she felt comfortable during her training. I can't fault Catherine's teachings at all. She looked after her very well.
I highly recommend Catherine for both her Reiki treatments and her workshops. I will continue my training with her in the future.
