She has practiced in her own clinic for the last four years and prior to that in some of Perth’s best Natural Health Clinics. Born and bred in Fremantle Aurora travelled to the eastern states to find the best teaching institutions in the country. After intensive study for five years she qualified as a Naturopath, Homoeopath and Acupuncturist.

Charlotte was born and grew up on the South Coast of Western Australia on a remote property surrounded by pristine wilderness and national parks. Her understanding and appreciation of natural health therapies is an extension of her family’s interest and ongoing commitment to self-sufficiency and organic food production. She studied Remedial Massage in Perth and also undertook courses in related modalities to enhance her skills within her chosen profession. Charlotte is pleased to now be practicing at High Street Natural Health in Fremantle, where she will display her deep commitment to helping improve your health and wellbeing.
What is Remedial Massage?
Massage is a therapy designed to manually relieve tension within the soft tissues of the body (primarily the muscles). Dating back centuries, this therapy is unconsciously used in our everyday; when we pat a an anxious baby on the back or rub our own tummy when it aches. These common actions demonstrate the basic principle of touch therapy, touch is very powerful in healing. A remedial massage therapist is trained to feel any tightness within your muscles and then choose the appropriate technique to rectify the problem. The treatment may involve light/gentle or deep/demanding work, all of which is planned during the thorough consultation. Any ache or pain can be assisted giving you greater mobility and function.
