SPORTS/REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Though this was originally designed for the athlete it is equally beneficial if you are suffering from Range of Motion issues, pain or injury.

Using a combination of Cross fibre, Deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques, I can relieve the tightness in the deeper layers of your muscles, breaking down the scar tissue within the muscle fibres and increasing blood circulation to promote recovery. A regular Sports/Remedial Massage will help your body perform better and prevent injury.


SWEDISH MASSAGE
This type of massage is great to disperse phyical tension from the body, using firm but gentle pressure. It loosens tight and stiff muscles, increases Blood and Lymph circulation, calms the Nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
What better way to support a woman in this transformative & extraordinary time of her life, than with a soothing, calming and nurturing Massage? Not only will this Massage relax the expectant mother, it will help to reduce swelling, prevent muscle cramping and ease back pain.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Utilising the benefits of 'Thermotherapy' (heat therapy), this ancient technique is deeply relaxing and theraputic. The warm rocks are placed on energy points of the body and used during the massage to provide deep muscular stress relief. This is a unique, soothing and healing experience for both the mind and body!

REFLEXOLOGY
Having been a practising Reflexologist for 5 years I have witnessed first hand what a great therapy this is! I have seen it ease back pain & sciatica, reduce stress, reduce odema, improve digestive problems, clear lung congestion, ease & stop nausea and vomitting in Pregnancy & aid with Fertility leading to 5 successful pregnancies - to name just a few!

Reflexology is a wonderful, holistic, non-invasive therapy which works on the principle that the body as a whole is reflected onto the feet, hands and ears. I mainly work with the feet & hands.

The reflected points are stimulated using a number of pressure and micro-massage techniques to clear congestion and restore energy flow for balance throughout ALL the body's systems.

MATERNITY & FERTILITY REFLEXOLOGY
I am also a fully qualified Maternity Reflexologist. As pregnancy brings about an abundance of changes in the body to cater for the growing baby, reflexology can help ease some of the issues that may be experienced including nausea, backache, poor circulation, fatigue, headaches, swollen ankles (using a specific lymphatic drainage technique), symphis pubis discomfort and anxiety.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is another common complaint during pregnancy and Hand Reflexology is highly beneficial in this instance, not to mention very nurturing!

There have been many recorded successes that Reflexology has assisted conception for women, by bringing the body to it's natural equilibrium and creating the best environment for conception.

BABY REFLEX WORKSHOPS
In this modern climate of parents seeking a natural lifestyle, Baby Reflex offers the benefit of a safe, non-invasive & drug free treatment that babies love.

These workshops are held over 3 consecutive weeks and are aimed to teach parents/carers to use simple and effective Reflexology techniques on their babies and toddlers.

Baby Reflex promotes a good sleep pattern for baby (& therefore parents!) It can safely be given with babies' prescribed medical treatment. It helps to relieve baby's Wind & Colic pain, Reflux, Constipation. Teething & Sinus troubles.
