Homoeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of medicine that uses the principle of treating “similars with similars” to stimulate the body's own healing response.
This law states that any substance that is capable of producing symptoms in a healthy person can be administered to promote health in an individual who is unwell and displaying a similar disease or symptoms. For example, if an individual has a skin condition that is very itchy, red and inflamed, a substance which is capable of producing a similar itch, redness and inflammation in a healthy person can be used to stimulate the body's healing response to treat the eruption.
Is homoeopathy the same as naturopathy?
No. Naturopathy is a completely separate system of complementary medicine. Naturopathy differs from Homoeopathy in the homoeopathic principles of let likes be cured by likes and the principle of minimum dose. They are two completely opposite types of medicine. Naturopathy works by similar principles as conventional medicine. Medicines that oppose a certain disease are given in Naturopathy in a large enough doses that it is able to oppose a certain disease. But in Homoeopathy medicines that are similar to the certain disease are used in smallest doses to treat that condition.

What to expect?

TESTS: Blood pressure, pulse, examination of (skin, hair, nails), tongue analysis, eyes. Laboratory tests if required.
Your homoeopathic consultation is a thorough assessment, review of your health. All the information gathered is used in the treatment plan and kept for future information.
Initial consultation usually takes about 45min - 1hour because of the detailed case taking required.
Follow up consultations can take anywhere from 5 - 20min depending on the case.
