Katarina specialises in Family Wellness, fertility, preconception and pregnancy care, and has a particular interest in Children's Health. She currently sees clients at several BRISBANE locations including Mt Ommaney and West End. Katarina has extensive clinical experience, has written articles on Natural Medicine, and has featured as a guest speaker.

Naturopathy and Wellness Care
The foundation belief of Naturopathy is that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the necessary support to do so. Naturopathy takes an holistic view of health and illness, and recognises the interconnection between all aspects of our being : physical, spiritual, mental and emotional.
A Naturopathic consultation includes a comprehensive health evaluation, and a variety of other diagnostic techniques such as Iridology, muscle testing or body composition analysis, if required, to determine your unique health needs.
Naturopathic treatment aims to support and enhance the body’s own healing mechanisms, incorporating the use of nutritional and botanical medicines, and instruction on dietary, lifestyle and environmental changes necessary to achieve optimum wellness.

Herbal Medicine
Did you know that every culture in the world has a history and tradition of herbal medicine?
Herbal Medicine is true Nature Medicine, with remedies being made entirely from plants. They may take the form of teas, tinctures, powders, tablets, capsules, creams or lozenges.
Most herbal medicines have a strong empirical history of use, meaning their effectiveness has been established over time. This knowledge is under-pinned by modern scientific and clinical research, which has revealed the many and complex compounds contained within plants, and the synergistic manner in which these compounds function.
Herbal medicines support the natural functions and processes of the body, and are used both to treat illness, and to achieve and maintain health.
Nutritional Medicine

She is able to provide referrals to practitioners in many areas including Chiropractic, Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Counseling, General Medicine, Hypnosis, Remedial Therapy.
