Hypnosis
Is a technique that enables you to achieve an altered state of consciousness “The daydream state!”
In this state you are accessing your subconscious mind and although aware of your surroundings you are unconcerned by external distractions. The feeling is the same as when you feel very relaxed, just before you fall asleep.
In both daydreaming and hypnosis your mind adjusts to the alpha frequency range.
The difference between daydreaming and hypnosis is in hypnosis your subconscious mind is directed to specific beneficial goals you wish to achieve.

Good results from the session already! I have been to the gym 3 times this week and eating really healthy. I had a couple of confronting situations at work yesterday and I felt really anxious and was sure that I would have the big red rash on my neck as I always get it when I feel that way, however my neck was normal colour! I was so amazed because even though I was still feeling nervous inside, At least no one could see the rash and know how apprehensive I was feeling. I feel like I am making good progress. The session was very effective. I had no cravings per se and didn't have another cigarette. I am very impressed with your technique and the outcome. I just don't smoke anymore and that's okay. I don't feel like I'm punishing myself or missing out like the last time I stopped, either; Very strange. I haven't gotten the healthy food or exercise regime installed, but have been cycling to work once or twice a week, which is an hour or so (18 kms) each way. Tanya July 08
