Swedish & Relaxation Massage: Great for the person who just wants to relax and forget the stress of day to day life for a while.
Therapeutic Massage treatments: For the relief of back pain, headaches, neck problems and many other aches and pains.
Myofascial Release Treatments: A gentle holding and stretching technique which relaxes the fascia, a web like structure which covers the muscles, bones, nerves and internal organs. If the fascia is restricted it can create pain or malfunction throughout the body. Myofascial release is an excellent treatment for the person who feels their condition is too tender for conventional massage treatment. A great way to treat children and those a bit nervous about having a treatment due to concerns that it may be painful.

Hours are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm most days, and up until 8pm in the evenings when available.
