What will happen at an Ignite Your Spirit healing?
☆ Ignite Your Spirit healing
A typical Ignite Your Spirit healing takes 45 minutes. You will be sitting in a chair, with your eyes closed.
The practitioner will invoke for divine energy. Your aura and chakras will be perceived and - according to what is discovered - you may be lead through a series of releases and affirmations and one or more of your chakras may be swept.
This is the same healing process that you will learn in the Ignite Your Spirit seminars. The practitioner's training provides additional tools and skills. Perhaps the main focus of your healing will be on a relationship issue, or thought forms or changing circumstances or judgement or anxiety or depression or addictions or a number of other possibilities.
You will emerge from your healing clearer and lighter.

What will you learn at the Ignite Your Spirit seminars?
☆ Ignite Your Spirit 1
In Ignite Your Spirit 1 you will learn how to perceive chakras and auras, receive energy activations and experience powerful meditations. Your own energy will be enhanced as you practice – something you are likely to notice straight away, with continuing changes in the weeks ahead. Work more deeply with your own energy field, learn basic energy healing as a means to develop your consciousness, help yourself and others, become clairsentient, achieve personal empowerment.
☆ Ignite Your Spirit 2
Ignite Your Spirit 2 builds on what you have learnt in Ignite Your Spirit 1 and you have the opportunity to learn:
- more about meditation, and the expansion of your consciousness
- more about your energy anatomy
- the spiritual law of cause and effect (karma)
- simple but powerful techniques for healing the body
- safe and effective use of light for healing
- use of sound for healing
- use of crystals in healing
- emergency procedures for using energy techniques as supplementary first aid while seeking medical advice and assistance, a must for every parent, guardian, teacher and health worker!

What will happen at a Crystal Dreaming?
☆ Crystal Dreaming TMCrystal Dreaming can truly be your pathway to BLISS* You will be lying on the floor, fully awake, and experiencing a crystal-induced dream state. There will be a mandala of crystals arranged around your body. You may reach a state of bliss. You may meet your spirit guides. You may sort out trauma that you have experienced in this lifetime. You may sort out traumas from a past life - or from several past lives.
Each Crystal Dreaming is unique. Most Crystal Dreamings are profound. Many people have discovered that their Crystal Dreaming session is a life-changing event.

The path of Ease and Grace is a series of seminars designed for everyone, providing participants with powerful tools and techniques to enhance their daily living and wellbeing. Throughout my life, I have experienced a great deal of personal healing while overcoming life's challenges and very generous servings of trauma - much of this in childhood. These experiences have enabled me to understand many of the issues that people are currently dealing with. They have also lead me to training as a healer and spiritual teacher.
I am a talented, compassionate and powerful healer and spiritual teacher; the mother of two and a grandmother. I have taught in secondary and primary schools in NSW for over 40 years.
