SO IF YOU WANT TO BE COACHED, WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
You can work with a coach face to face, via the telephone or via email. The delivery method is flexible but chosen by you depending on what is most suitable for you.
The most popular delivery option for coaching is via the telephone.
All you need to do is make the telephone call or show up at the mutually agreed upon session time. The coaching begins with a conversation about what has happened during the past week which is relevant to our coaching and how this has impacted on you. Then we discuss the fieldwork set for you from last weeks session (yes I like to give fieldwork as it helps to consolidate your growing self awareness and your developing skill sets). The remainder of the coaching session is then mutually decided depending on your achievements from the past week and/or your goals for the next week/s.
Telephone and face to face coaching packages are chosen based on how many sessions per month you require (usually 3 - 4) and how long each session will be (usually an hour). Fixed fee structures accompany each coaching package. The minimum coaching package duration is 3 months.

ABOUT ME
I am a well respected, qualified coach with over 12 years of passionate experience in transforming professional and personal lives. When I began coaching in 1999 it was an unheard of profession. I was attracted to it because it was a way for me to connect with people, share their lives and with a wonderful bonus of being able to co create positive change with them.
My extensive experience as a coach includes working with individuals, Government and private organisations. I graduated from CoachU, the largest and most respected coach training institution in the world and was selected to be trained to be a coach leader with CoachU. I was accredited as a coach in 2001.
I am currently a Member of The International Coach Federation.
Another of my passions is Reiki, a form of healing using our connected energies.
I have experienced a diverse professional background as a teacher, a lecturer at a Sydney university, a training and development consultant, a professional speaker and a business owner.
