The centre is a Chiropractic based centre, however offers other services, in house, to help you get what you need all in the one place. We can also recommend other services you may require outside the centre in the local area.
As health is the greatest asset we have, health should be one of our highest priorities. The thing which governs our health is the Central Nervous System (CNS). When working optimally the CNS can work its best to create infinite health. Ideally, the nervous system should be working at 100% of its capacity, 100% of the time. It strives innately to ensure every cell is receiving the best information it can give to ensure proper healing and repair
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care is not just about fixing back pain and symptoms. It is so much more than that! Chiropractic is a natural, safe and effective approach to health care. It is about assessing your current level of health and determining what may be stopping your body from reaching your true health potential.
The true goal of Chiropractic is to detect any loss of movement in the spine. Once located we then aim to correct and restore normal movement with gentle Chiropractic treatment. Chiropractic treatment is known as a spinal adjustment. Adjustments aim to relieve any pressure or interference to nervous system which allows your innate healing ability to then work properly, fixing your health concerns.
What we offer
At Infinite Health Chiropractic we offer a very unique approach to Chiropractic health care. Initially assessing your current level of health, we can to determine the cause of your symptoms. With this information we can work towards helping you improve your overall wellbeing and quality of life. Not only by addressing the spine with Chiropractic care, but by helping you identify aspects of your lifestyle that may be causing any interference to your body’s inherent healing ability. Treatment may include a combination of Chiropractic adjustments, deep tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and stretching, nutritional advice and lifestyle improvements.
How else can you improve your health?
Having your spine checked is only the beginning. By addressing your digestive system and nutrient imbalances through Nutrition Medicine, having a Remedial Massge, and exploring your emotional concerns with our Therapist, you can ensure your body is healing from all aspects. This is the only true way to create the best environment for your proper healing potential.
Once the body is working as it should, creating stability is important so the problem or patterns do not reoccur. This can be done with regular check ups as recommended by your health professional, to detect any imbalances or concerns that may be returning. This is the best way to maintain and further improve your health and to ensure you reach your unlimted health potential.
Vesna Aleksic
Chiropractor & Health Consultant
Vesna has been in the Chiropractic industry for the past 14 years and also involved in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. During this time she has developed a great passion for natural health and the structure and function of the human physique. This has led to her devoting her lifestyle and career to helping people find out how to achieve an optimally healthy life.
In 1996 Vesna started as a Chiropractic Assistant at a wellness centre in Chatswood and was overwhelmed with the miracles she witnessed regularly through natural Chiropractic health care. Realising that most people aren't aware of the amazing benefits she decided to study Chiropractic to educate and help the community.
