The LifeLine Technique ™
The LifeLine Technique™ helps you uncover and release the subconscious blocks that typically manifest as symptoms, patterns of behaviour or emotions, which prevent you from experiencing optimal health, success and joy.
The LifeLine Technique™ is a complex yet simple method of working with you to uncover and release the subconscious blocks within your body, mind and spirit. The LifeLine Technique ™utilises the essence of fourteen different modalities, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Applied Kinesiology, Chinese Five Elements Theory, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), just to name a few. These techniques are combined into a sixteen-step process where, using Applied Kinesiology as an assessment tool, I work with you to find your subconscious blocks and harmonise them using the ILS hand mudra. You will find no two sessions are the same, as your own body and subconscious, via the medium of Applied Kinesiology, leads us through the chart via a myriad of pathways. You will experience deep emotional shifts, a lessening or disappearing of symptoms and a renewed sense of clarity about how your life is going.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet profound method of channelling the Universal Life Energy to work with your body and mind to align and harmonise your body, mind and spirit. During the initial consultation, I will discuss with you your circumstances and what has led you to this point in your life. We then begin the Reiki session, where you lie covered on a Reiki table and I place my hands on your covered body and then head in a series of positions. You will feel warmth and a profound feeling of relaxation. Reiki can assist you to create deep emotional and physical shifts – many clients have reported a deep sense of emotional clarity and insight or even old pain seemingly dissolving overnight.
This can be combined with the doTERRA® Essential Oils to deepen the experience and add an additional level of harmonisation.
Energy Chimes
Energy chimes or chakra chimes are beautifully and individually hand crafted chimes made in Byron Bay, NSW, Australia. These chimes are made of Australian Silver Ash, painted in the colours of the chakras (the major 7 plus the Earth and Soul Stars) with an alloy chime attached to it. When struck, this special chime creates a pure silvery tone which lasts about 30 seconds.
The sound vibrations created by the chimes create high frequency harmonics, deepening the feeling of relaxation. They are used for chakra balancing, de-stressing and creating a profound feeling of relaxation, balancing and inner peace. The chimes may be placed on the chakra points or moved gently above them, and are struck in an intuitive sequence to balance the body, mind and spirit. Clients report experiencing a great feeling of relaxation and inner peace.

Dr Detox Foot Spa
Dr. Detox Foot Spa
Toxins from our environment, such as vehicle emissions, cigarette smoke,pesticides, food additives and preservatives, are unfortunately part of our everyday life. Over time, these toxins weaken the body’s immune defences and cause increased vulnerability to viruses and infections. Our bowels, kidney and liver are under stress in an attempt to purge these toxins from our bodies.
The function of the Dr Detox foot spa is to assist the body in removing unwanted toxins, preventing your body’s defences from toxic overload and allowing your own immune system to function more efficiently in repairing, healing and curing disease. Dr Detox sessions are a relaxing alternative therapy to eliminate harmful toxins.
During the session you place your feet in water. An array will be activated and salt added every 5 minutes. During the treatment the water will darken progressively. This is partly due to the array reacting with the salt and the water, and party due to the fact that feet have a large number of pores, thus offering a point of application that is both easy and convenient, as the human body uses the pores to dispose of some unwanted substances from the system. After a relaxing 30 minute session you should feel invigorated and experience a sense of well-being.
It is recommended you have a session every week for six weeks, then once a month for three months as a follow up. You may wish then to start the cycle over again.
