InForm Pilates offers private and semi-private tuition working out of a fully equipped boutique studio within the Sports Lab/Holographic Health centre in Double Bay.
Due to each of us having a unique body and lifestyle classes are customised to suit your specific needs. It is important that your strengths and weaknesses are identified in order to select appropriate exercises to optimise your improvement.

Who is your Pilates Practitioner?
Penny Murray
A study and exploration of human movement has formed the basis of Penny’s professional career with her passion for Pilates becoming a natural progression from a career in dance.
Having studied dance and Pilates since the early 1990’s, Penny developed a thorough understanding of how beneficial Pilates could be in maintaining a healthy body, improving strength and preventing injury.
Over the past seven years, Penny has gained invaluable experience working alongside leading Pilates practitioners throughout Sydney and in Vancouver, Canada. She continues to develop her skills with a particular interest in rehabilitation through ongoing education and movement exploration.
All fitness levels are welcome.
