Massage is effective in relieving a wide range of ailments from insomnia and stress, muscle aches and pains to constipation and PMS.
Massage improves general well-being by enhancing elimination processes, circulation and relieving nervous tension. It stimulates the immune system and releases positive chemicals such as anandamide “the bliss hormone’
Both Tania and Lizzie have many years experience providing massage therapy treatments and regularly attend professional. training courses to expand and update their skills.
In April ‘06 Lizzie and Tania completed the Cancer Massage and More course at Quest for Life; and work with clients with cancer and other serious conditions. Since then they have continued their association with the centre and commitment to developing their experience in this field. In 2009 they both completed Oncology Massage IV, working as an integrated team on the Oncology ward and in the chemotherapy infusion unit.
The clinic has a broad range of clientele encompassing young and old. Because of our experience and dedication to client well-being we are regularly referred to and used by members of the medical profession, such as general practitioners, obstetricians, psychologists, onlcologists etc. We have many sporting clients training for Iron Man, marathons and all the major sports.

Appointments are booked 15 mins apart to ensure you get your full treatment time. We aim to be punctual with appointment times and appreciate your punctuality in return.

Cancellation policy
Failure to cancel or attend will incur 100% fee.
Same day cancellation will incur 50% fee.
Health Fund rebates available for most services.
