One on one sessions are perfect for those who want a results driven approach specific to your goals. Sessions are private and in a small boutique personal training studio in Five Dock. Be assure you will feel comfortable in this non intimating, friendly environment.

Elizabeth wants to teach her clients on to make healthy diet choices, how to incorporate more incidental exercise to their life and how to add social physical activities to their life.
