Innerji is just a little bit more than ordinary! Expand your awareness with the magical sounds and fascinating vibrational qualities of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. The bowls can be used for simple musical appreciation, for healing on their own and also in combination with other therapies. Vanessa Beckitt has been working with the Crystal Bowls since 2004, and enjoys sharing the exquisite sounds with the adventurous.
Hawaiian Massage is another incredible form of healing which simply flows from the hands of the therapist, in a series of long flowing strokes which stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Vanessa also practices Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage, Bodytalk Access, Energetic Resonance (Theta) and Reiki.
Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls
Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls are a totally unique experience involving all the senses! They can be played as a group in concert format, played individually as an addition to a massage or other therapy, or used in sound therapy for specific treatments. Each bowl resonates with a particular musical note, and these relate to the chakras in the body. As the bowls are played, the vibrations resonate within the body, tuning the chakras, restoring balance and harmony in the system.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi Massage
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a traditional form of Hawaiian Massage incorporating long flowing strokes which stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems in particular. This form of massage has been passed from Sherman Dudoit to my teachers, Nemara Hennigan and Andrea Lopez, who in turn have shared this incredibly amazing form of Bodywork in Australia through their wonderful teachings of "Heartworks Lomi Lomi" at Rainbows Reach Retreat in NSW.
