Journey Process work:
The Journey is a gentle, meditative healing technique that allows the client to:
- Discover the old programming they have been living from and see clearly what old beliefs and patterns are sabotaging outcomes.
- Completely release these old patterns and start living from inner freedom, choice and happiness. (put in picture “happiness”)
- Resolve issues with loved ones, whether living or not. (elderly parent picture)
- Get a real sense of themselves, their own path in life and access their own inner wisdom.
- Learn to live the Truth of who they are.
The Journey is a wonderfully effective way to explore the emotional piece of the health jigsaw puzzle. And being willing to do this often means the difference between success and failure with other pieces of this jigsaw puzzle....
