In a first session Marilyn would take a short history from you, talk with you about what you wish to change or work with, then outline a possible course of treatment, along with the expected general number of appointments required to make the change.
Marilyn is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who also works with both Ericksonian and Direct-suggestion Hypnosis, as well as Subconscious Mind Healing in Hypnosis.
Other modalities she uses in support of/ and enhancing hypnosis are Timeline Therapy, NLP, EFT and HypnoKinesiology, Reframing and Parts Therapy, as well as psychotherapy techniques and procedures.
