Pilates will improve posture, strength and muscle tone and in a number of sessions give you a whole new body.

We specialise in all levels of Pilates and teach the beginner that is new to exercise and Pilates through to an advanced athlete requiring improvements in speed and endurance for sports.
We offer Pilates Mat, Reformer and Studio Equipment. Choose from either Group Classes or Private Tuition.

What is pilates?
Pilates offers a different way of thinking about your body. Joseph often said it was the “thinking mans workout”.
In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty sessions you will notice the difference, in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body! Joseph H. Pilates
Through practising the movements, you will become more self aware and better able to take control of your body and your life.
Pilates is unique in that it will systematically exercise all the muscle groups in your body, the weak as well as the strong. It combines the focus on suppleness that you will find in Yoga with the emphasis on strength building found in the Gym. In this way it aims to create balance and natural poise, taking into consideration all the factors involved in the maintenance of a healthy body.
Benefits
Flatten, tone and strengthen abs - Instead of doing hundreds of sit-ups the exercises are performed slowly with flow and control. There is a constant focus on torso stability yielding strong flat abdominals.

Pilates "Get Started Pack" A great Introduction to Pilates
12 sessions Group Mat & Reformer plus 4 Sessions Private Tuition
Your journey will commence at Introductory Level where you will learn the important principles of Pilates and lead up to the more challenging levels of 1 & 2. Once you have mastered the exercises you'll progress into our Allegro Reformer Classes working on Reformer Beds incorporating straps and spring loaded resistance to further challenge and sculpt the body. Include in your weekly workouts private sessions that gain a competitive edge to your training including cardio.
Our Pilates formats offer challenge, variety and intensity addressing the clients individual postural concerns, muscle strengths & weaknesses and a specific focus on strengthening the back and abdominals.
Personal Training - Group $18.00 ea & Private $36.00 ea (block packs)
Tone, shape and define your muscles with our 30 minute Total Body workouts and see results in 4-6 weeks. Work your upper, lower or whole body with our quick, effective and results driven programs. Sessions include nutrition planning to get the best results.
Corporate Programs & "Pilates at Your Place"
At InsideOut we can come to your home or office and offer a variety of programs to suit you. Our programs are great for clients that have poor posture as a result of sitting behind a desk or on the computer regularly. Programs concentrate on inproving posture, back and abdominal strength and overall muscle tone.
We also have seminars on diet and exercise for you to easily do at home.
