About Me
Hello, my name is Chiara Tino and I am someone who understands the importance of balancing Mind, Body and Spirit. I am a qualified Reiki/Seichim Master, Metaphysical Counselor, Author and teacher of Meditation, as well as having other qualifications within the Healing field.
I dedicate my life to assisting people in living more balanced lives filled with passion and true inner peace. This of course cannot properly be done without my own personal healing along the way. One thing I have learned is that body pain and stress is caused when we're off track - it is our body's way of talking to us. How often do you listen?
Evolution is a life long journey and from my experience, to evolve, you need to 'Be' the best person you can possibly be and 'become' what you are capable of becoming. This is the key to living a joyful life.
In order to do this, we need to constantly keep a check on what 'feels' right for us. Living life passionately and doing what you are passionate about fills us with a sense of excitement and vitality.
This is the trick to being balanced in Mind, Body and Spirit, ensuring a life of peace, joy and wellness.

My book is essentially about universal guidance and the 'signs' all around us. These 'signs' can often show up as so-called coincidences, which are really just a sequence of synchronicities that are created by our connection to each other and the universe. The book gives delightful insight into the where's and how's of 'signs'. My Meditation CD 'Awareness For Life' talks about the importance of breath as well as having guided meditations.

Counselling
My one on one healing sessions include counselling as I like to see where you're at in all areas of your life. Doing this allows me to get a better feel for what's going on and I am able to shed light on why things may be happening. Bringing awareness into why one may be feeling a certain way, enables a better understanding and can assist the energy work that place.
This form of counselling is called Metaphysical Counselling and simply, it looks beyond the physical as to why things happen and why we may feel out of sorts. There is a reason for absolutely everything - pain and all - and the ideal thing to do when 'stuff' happens is to ask - 'What is this teaching me?' For example, there you are going along your merry way through life and suddenly things ‘go wrong’. Things happen that are out of your control and quite frankly - it’s a nuisance! I can assist in awakening you to the reasons why and help you make the changes that need to be made. As I mentioned earlier, there is always a reason for these ‘unfortunate events’ - the universe finds a way to get through to us. A common example is when your car battery goes flat because you 'forgot’ to turn the head lights off. It goes beyond being forgetful and is more about your energy levels. When something like this happens you need to ask, “in what area of my life am I ‘overdoing it’?" “Do I need to focus more on my needs and less on the needs of others right now?”
From car accidents to parking fines to losing a watch, these ‘misfortunes’ occur because some part of our life needs to be addressed. Often when we avoid change the Universe steps in with these less than welcome events in the hope that we stop and contemplate where we are. By looking at the truth of a situation and matching it to the ‘hiccup’ that takes place, it’s easy to see the meaning behind it. Gaining the insight into these events enables you to step up and live the life you are meant to live.

"Awakening the Awareness Within"
The following gives you a glimpse into "Awakening the Awareness Within".
 | Have you ever noticed that in one moment you can be thinking of something and suddenly it’s right there in front of you? For example, you’ll be wondering about where to purchase a particular product and moments later, a voice on the radio will be advertising that very thing and where to find it, or perhaps later in conversation, a friend will come up with the information you need. This is called synchronicity.
Another example may be that the thought of someone you know pops into your head and then minutes later, the phone rings and he/she is on the other end. Is it synchronicity or is it coincidence? |
Synchronicity is when more than one event relating to the same thing occurs at the same time. What is much less understood is whether these seemingly connected events are actually a cause and effect event (you thought of someone which caused them to think of you and call), or random events or coincidences that are supposedly unconnected (you just happened to think of them when they were thinking of you).
Another possible reason for these seemingly connected events….could it be that your Angels are helping you out? By Angels I mean those above who watch over you doing all they can to assist your life journey. You may see them as Angels, Guides, the Universe or God himself. Whomever or whatever it is know that we are never alone and always heard!
I believe that these synchronistic events are never by chance, and that they are a result of Universal guidance. They take place so as to show us two important factors :–- The power of our thoughts, and
- That all things happen for a reason.
Answers to our questions are constantly coming to us and whether or not we see them depends on whether or not we are open to receiving them. For those of you who trust what you feel, answers can come more readily and clearly. Intuition is a powerful tool which we all have but unfortunately at times we doubt ourselves, and that is when confusion can set in and our way becomes clouded.
Trusting in Universal guidance can greatly assist our journey through life and the answers ‘show up’ in many different ways. When we begin to notice these ‘signs’ it can feel very much like having moments of beautiful revelation. more >>

I am passionate about demonstrating the true simplicity of breathwork to those who lead busy lives, and many of these people work in Corporate environments.
