Hello my name is Rachael Stiles and over the last 20 years as a practitioner I have been fortunate enough to be able to live one of my passions of helping others through the many trained modalities of hands on body therapies & healing.
With a passion to restore balance, harmony & connection not just to my own life & body but something that I now joyfully share with others.
