Mobile Massage

RELAXATION: Is a full body treatment using smooth, connected, flowing strokes in the direction of the muscle fibres. It’s designed to feel good, induce relaxation & the body’s innate repair processes, reducing physical and emotional stress, and reconnecting mind and body. Ideal to relieve anxiety, tension, agitation, improve sleep, circulation, and general wellbeing.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: Applies pressure to suit your preference, without counteracting the effectiveness of treatment. Techniques consist of gradient pressure warming up superficial fibres before penetrating deeper muscular tissue. Strokes are stimulating as opposed to relaxing, as they do not necessarily follow the fibres of the muscle. Deep Tissue is effective in reducing tension, toxin deposits, and adhesions, and can also have a relieving, rejuvenating and relaxing result. Ideal to relieve migraine, headache, stiff neck, painful or reduced movement in shoulders, lethargy, lower back pain, and general aches and pains.

SPORTS MASSAGE: Uses deep tissue and stretching techniques to improve muscle function and flexibility, and assist in removing toxins built up during exercise. Helping to improve recovery time, reducing the risk of injury and strain, and improving muscle performance.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY: Applies pressure to specific areas of affected muscles, which when activated can trigger local and referral pain, sensation, or spasm. This technique releases knotted muscle fibres, adhesions between muscles, and in-balance, and can be incorporated into any massage.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE: Is a popular choice, as it combines the most appropriate of all techniques, providing a relaxing treatment with deep tissue, trigger point therapy and remedial techniques.
