With over 10 years clinical experience Kath is a qualified Naturopath, Reflexologist and Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about educating and empowering individuals in maintaining good health and happiness.
Kath uses natural remedies such as Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Mineral Therapy, Flower Essence (Australian Bush & Bach) Foot and Hand Reflexology, Ear Candles, Relaxation Massage, Remedial Massage Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Kath can help transform your negative thoughts into positive and happy thoughts and help you to be free of negative emotions or symptoms and to become the person you truly want to be - happy and healthy.
