Traditional Thai Cupping
Cupping is a very old Thai medical method to promote blood to tight muscles and relax them.
It also draws out blood stagnations that may be locked in the muscle fibre for a long time.
This explains why there are sometimes markings left on the skin after cupping. Cupping brings that old blood and other injury factors to the surface.
Traditional Thai Foot Massage
By stimulating pressure points on the foot and drinking hot water afterwards, body wastes are discharged and the organs are recovered to normal condition. There are about 63 pressure points from the sole up to the knee, and they are all connected to organs inside the body.
