About James Lewis
James has been actively working as a Muscle Therapist since 2000 in a variety of settings including the Fitness First Campbelltown, The Harlequins Rugby Club, Macarthur Disability Services . His work in these settings included Remedial Massage, Bowen Massage, Sports Massage, Myopractic Therapy, S.C.E.N.A.R Therapy and Functional Facial taping. He has experience working with clients of all ages (early childhood - elderly) and functional abilities.
Massage has been labeled as a feel good luxury, but this is a false assumption.Massage has been used for centuries in other cultures as a repair mechanism for the human body.The same still applies today.
When you get a joint, back, neck, or limb problem, the vast majority of times (at least 80%) it is a muscular problem. This includes headaches and TMJ misalignments, pelvic tilt and rotation, through to a lot of foot
and heel issues.
