I am a member of the Complementary Medicine Association and the Australian Association of Homotoxicology. I believe in holistic healing and treating people as individuals rather than disease states. Throughout my practice emphasis is placed upon treating the whole person, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Naturopathic/ Herbal medicine consult

Consultation involves getting a full health evaluation with taking into consideration lifestyle, environmental, diet, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical attributes. Iridology is done with each first consultation and further testing procedures are available if needed. I have a wide range of natural medicines including vitamins, minerals, herbals, homeopathics, flower essences and more. My herbal dispensary allows me to make a medicine that is just for you.

Beneficial for those who want to make changes with their health. Remember health can be determined by the way you eat, drink, think, live, feel and love.

Biomesotherapy/Biopuncture

Over 70 million treatments take place in Europe each year. A technique used by stimulating the body by putting a sterile saline solution (which is exactly the same as the bodies fluid composition) under the skin.

This stimulates deeper organ systems and injured tissue. Oral homeopathic medicines are given simultaneously which focus upon the organ tissue or an injured body part that is requiring treatment.

It is extremely safe and people are often surprised at the ease of the treatment.

The needles are fine, like acupuncture needles and are inserted into a self-loading device (inject-ease) or injections can be done free hand depending on what area is being treated. Saline is inserted just under the skin into acupuncture, specific muscle points and location of an injured site. This stimulates your body’s own healing capacity and the body is encouraged to start healing itself.

Stress affects everyone and that can manifest in our bodies with muscle tension and soreness. Firm or light pressure is used depending on client choice.

Scar unblocking

This is where fine needles filled with a saline solution is injected into the scar. This helps anyone with an emotional attachment to a scar, helps to break up scar tissue and unblock meridians (refer to Biomesotherapy).

Holistic Iridology

Iridology is the science and practice of health via examination of the iris, sclera and pupil.

The iris is the most complex external structure of the human anatomy. It has a reflex connection to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the nervous system. Through the optic nerve, which is attached to our eyes, visual information is sent to the brain. At the same time there is information sent back to the eyes from the brain about the state of organs and tissues in your body.

A topographic map of the irises has representation and location for all the structures of the body.

This practice is not new and dates back as far as 1,000 BC, nearly 3,000 years ago, the oldest records uncovered in Central Asia.

It can uncover body weaknesses and strengths, hereditary predispositions to degenerative conditions and early pathogenesis.

Thus, it is a valuable asset for preventative healthcare.

The Iris, sclera and Pupil of the eye show the veil the soul has created, through consciousness (or forgetfulness), that reflects the illusion which prepares the soul for attaining the reality of full enlightment.

Nutrition and Diet

Nutrition and diet is discussed in each Naturopathic or Iridology consultation. There are many foods that can cause inflammation in the body, even ones you think are healthy. Some foods can help certain
conditions and many can adversely affect them.

Spiritual and Emotional Healing (Reiki, Aura and chakra balance)

Reiki is a healing technique that involves the laying on of hands and is thought to be thousands of years old. Reiki assist the body to heal as it flows through the energy pathways of the body. By gently removing blockages or disruptions in energy flow Reiki raises the vibration of the energy field on and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are attached. As the energy pathways heal the life force energy is allowed to flow in a natural way, in turn promoting health and wellbeing on all levels within the body.
Kinesiology, Accupressure and Shamanic techniques may also be used within the treatment. Clients find that this really helps them to move forward with their lives and let go of anything that may be hindering them.

Homeopathy

Homoeopathy is an effective, gentle and scientific form of energy medicine. It strengthens body’s defense mechanisms with substances selected for their energy giving properties. It has been proven to be effective against both acute and chronic disease and a wide variety of conditions.
Homeopathic medicines are extremely safe, non addictive and
suitable for all ages and gender.

Ear Candling

I use biosun earcandles as they have more than 20 years experience. Their quality and safety standard is extremely high and they are regularly tested by independent institutes. Treatment can be helpful for releasing and balancing pressure with blocked ears, sinus, forehead and nose. It also helps nervousness, stress, headaches and ear noise. In the presence of tympanostomy tube implants or perforated eardrums it is not recommended. They work by having a physical action by light suction (chimney effect). The flame movement creates a vibration of air in the Earcandle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum.

Meditation
Meditation is an amazing tool to unfold spiritual awareness, which is in the inner being of all of us. It is an awareness of truth which arises from our hearts. Just as love opens the heart centre; with meditation you can start to open and heal your heart as well. You eat healthy foods, you drink water, you be physical, you be creative, you be intellectual and you meditate to soothe and nourish the soul. It is about finding balance and peace not externally but looking witin. When you quieten your mind it enables you to really hear, you become in-tune with oneself and all of creation. Meditation is a dynamic healing and stress releasing experience.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient Chinese medicine practice. I reduce the pressure in the cup by suctioning out the air and then apply the cups onto the skin. This causes the skin to be drawn up and held in the cup. They can be put on acupuncture or trigger points to help the body to heal.

This is a test allowing two prepaid hormones- choose or speak to me about which ones you want or need tested.
Drug test $49.95
This is a non-invasive method for the detection of multiple drugs in the body.
This test simultaneously tests for the detection of amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, opiates, marijuana and phencyclidines by measuring levels found in salvia.
A/B/O Blood type $10
A quick test performed by myself to get a reliable result for blood type.
Helicobacter pylori IgG $34.10
Rapid and reliable test for the detection of gastro-duodenal disease associated Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies from a fingertip sample.
Rapid Candida Test $34.10
The candida test for clinical detection of the IgG class in human whole blood or serum. It can establish evidence of current or recent Candida infection.
Urinary Indican Test $10
A quick test performed by myself to test for abnormal bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. If results are positive it suggests toxicity as a result of protein putrefaction, a most common form of bowel toxicity.
Quick Heavy Metal test $10
This is done by using a urine sample of a client during a consultation. This can detect mercury, cadmium, copper, lead and zinc toxicity.

Appointments

All consultations and treatments are conducted in a professional, safe and confidential environment. When making your initial consult allow an hour or an hour and a half to discuss your health issues. Please note that a follow up appointment is sometimes necessary, especially for Naturopathic consults.

Jane’s practice functions with appointment times booked in advance, so that time is reserved for you.
