Neuro Linquistic Kinesiology
NLK is unique in its adaption of Neuro Lingistic Programming techniques for counselling and change work. NLK also incorporates some of the most innovative developments in kinesiology related to testing the primitive and postural reflexes which have long been recognised by paediatricians and occupational therapists as crucial in the development of good learning behaviours. NLK offers dynamic mental fitness exercises which can easily and effectively used in the classroom. NLK is designed to improve in a wide range of stress and health related problems. It also develops excellence in learning and performance skills.

About Janelle
Janelle has been Studying, Learning, Practising and Teaching since 1982 and is currently continuing her studies in Naturopathy. As a qualified school teacher who has taught all ages, all subjects in Both State and Private education as well as Long day care and Adult Education. Janelle has a passion for working with children and has been involved in many projects for children and adults with special needs or disablities.
Her Kinesiology expertise is imbedded in all her classroom endevours as well as her busy clinic practise. Janelle has supported many teachers to introduce Kinesiology concepts into their school, college or educational facility.
She also has experience with private enterprise in developing programs for increased productivity and efficiency whilst minimising unhealthy stress levels.
Janelle enjoys many children attending her workshops and once taught Touch For Health to an entire class of Year 3, 4, 5 students.
Janelle is an innovative educator with a wealth of practtical experience to incorporate into her work.
