About Jane
I am a Wellness Consultant specialising in Naturopathy, Homoeopathy, & Medical Intuition.
I have over 25 years experience in the Health & Wellness area. I trained as a Registered Nurse and have had further training in massage, homeopathy, naturopathy and energy medicine. I also facilitate workshops and give talks on various spiritual, health & wellness topics.
I believe in the concept of nutrition/wellness for the body, mind, soul and heart. I use the modalities I practice to facilitate clients to live vitally and be loving with themselves and the planet through making healthy choices –vital medicine, vital food, vital lifestyle. I have found that wellness needs to incorporate health on all levels – a truly holistic approach, all the while empowering clients to increase their awareness, and consciousness to their own health needs.
About your wellness consultation
Your wellness consultation will include a medical intuitive and energy consultation, nutrition & healthy food awareness consultation, utilising a traditional holistic naturopathic, conscious approach to wellness. Any lifestyle, emotional, mental, environmental, spiritual, & physical issues or imbalances are also considered.
Recommendations/Treatment plans may include nutritional products, homoeopathic remedy, changes to diet, healthy eating plans, wellness coaching, conscious health & healing tools and referrals. I also work with Aurasoma, Australian Bush & Bach Flower essences and Aromatherapy & Essential Oils.
Statement of Intent in Practice
To facilitate and promote health and wellbeing, recognizing that true health combines healthy bodies and lifestyle, with healthy thoughts and mental practices, balanced emotions with a practical daily spiritual application. I aim to facilitate continued self empowerment by educating and giving practical tools and information to clients and the community.

Initial Consultation: (11/2 -2 hrs) $110.00 Follow ups: (1hr) $70.00 Remedies: $10.00 (may include Homoeopathic Remedy, Bush & or Bach Flower Remedy)
