SERVICES
My aim is to enhance the quality of people’s lives via my therapeutic interventions. My preferred method of treatment is cognitive behavioural therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most established and researched psychological therapies. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people clarify their personal values and to take action on them, bringing more vitality and meaning to their life in the process. I am a certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.

Patients with a Mental Health Plan from their G.P. are eligible for a $78.40 Medicare rebate. I have limited bulk billing appointments available for health care card holders.
