SERVICES

WOULD YOU LIKE TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH?

I WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR AIMS.

I am a practitioner of Western Herbal Medicine, Bach Flowers, Iridology and Low Intensity Laser Therapy.

Want to know more? Read on.....

Western Herbal Medicine

Western Herbal Medicine uses parts (eg. the roots), or the whole of a plant, to make tinctures or extracts. After a consultation I select several herbs I feel are appropriate for you, as an individual, and blend them into your own herbal mixture.

Bach Flowers

Bach Flowers are a group of essences developed by Dr Edward Bach. They are used to balance our emotional state and our attitudes. There are 32 remedies in all and they can be used for many reasons. Examples would be: increasing confidence, dealing with difficult life situations, fear, etc....The list goes on....... I would normally add several appropriate Bach Flowers to your herbal mix. The most well-known Bach Flower Remedy is called Rescue Remedy and is available in Health Food Stores and Pharmacies.

Iridology

Iridology is the study of the coloured part of the eye, the iris. If you look at the iris through a magnifying glass you will usually see a number of colours and patterns in it. Specific sites and colours in the iris represent different body areas and states of health. A special magnifying glass is used to have a closer look at the iris. An iris map is a clock-face representaion of the various areas of the body. By looking at the patterns and colours in the iris and their corresponding body area on the iris map, additional information can be gained regarding your state of health. Iridology is a tool to aid diagnosis.

Low Intensity Laser Therapy

Low intensity laser therapy uses low level light of a specific colour or colours (eg. infrared and visble red) to treat health conditions. Low intensity laser therapy has been used for many years overseas with great success. It is used to treat many conditions including lymphoedema, musculo- skeletal pain, musculo-skeletal injury and for wound healing.
I use a laser scanner which has the benefit of treating larger areas at a time.
