Deep Tissue with Aroma Hot Stone Therapy
Harnessing the properties of volcanic basalt stones, we bathe them in warm water and the deep penetrating heat from the stones massages the body using traditional deep tissue techniques to release muscle tension.
Lymphatic Drainage
Using very gentle and slow movements with flat palms, lymphatic drainage is an important part of treating lymphoedema. The aim is to stimulate and move the excess fluid away from the swollen area so that it can drain away normally and promote healthier living.
Pregnancy Massage
With your body properly positioned and supported with our specially designed pregnancy pad we apply soothing pressure on all areas that have been causing you pain. We are cautious and don't work too long on areas close to the wrists, ears, heel and ankle as a sustained pregnancy massage in these areas can bring on early labour. A good pregnancy massage brings wonderful benefits to a mother to be. These include maintaining proper posture, reducing swelling of hands and feet and reduction of insomnia. The unborn child also feels the effects of the massage, as your body starts to relax and feel better.
