Clinical Modalities and Treatment Types Offered

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial Massage can be very effective as a general treatment for most muscular conditions and for addressing fatigue related aches and pains.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy is more for specific residual conditions that may be difficult to resolve using other forms of treatment.

Note: MassageTherapy, primarily a drug free therapy, can be useful in providing stimulation for the production and release of endorphins and enkephalins to enable the body to deal with pain through purely natural processes.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD)
More specifically, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), is a specialised therapy used for the mobilisation and reduction of tissue fluid overload. MLD can be useful for conditions resulting from trauma or injury as well as for weight related conditions and Lymphedema.

POLARITY THERAPY
Polarity Therapy effectively engages the electromagnetic circuits of the body to locate and release interruptions and to restore the flow of energy.

BOWEN THERAPY
Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is a dynamic form of Bowen Therapy to balance the
musculoskeletal systems by providing a switch to turn the fascia and muscles on or off as required.

Note: Treatable conditions include most areas of the body, apart from the brain.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an effective form of natural therapy that works through references and reflexes in either the feet or hands, to initiate and stimulate healing processes throughout the body.
