About Naturopathic Treatment
Jarrod's indiviualised treatments are specifically tailored for each person and their health conditions. Consultations include thorough assessment processes and dietary advice. Treatment can include herbal medcine, vitamin/mineral therapy and homoeopathy. People of all ages can be treated with naturopathy, and Jarrod often works in conjunction with other health professionals to ensure the optimum outcome is achieved.
Often, we buy a supplement from a supermarket or health shop and do not feel the desired benefits. This may be because it is not the right supplement for us, or we may not be absorbing it effectively. Jarrod can tailor a nutritional program for you and ensure you are taking the right nutritional medicines for your body.
Conditions commonly treated by Jarrod include:
Digestive problems: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, reflux, poor appetite, bloating, worms
Weight control: Losing excess weight, gaining weight (in those who are underweight), maintenance of a healthy body weight
Fatigue: Lowered energy, chronic fatigue, mental fatigue, jet lag
Allergies: Hay fever, skin complaints, sinusitis
Headaches: Recurrent headaches, migraines

Childhood illnesses: Excess mucus production, rashes, poor appetite, irregular bowels, behavioural disturbancesIridology assessments are part of Jarrod’s consultations. They involve looking in the patient’s eyes, to determine strengths and weaknesses within their systems. He also performs a number of diagnostic tests at the clinic, and can also refer to pathology technical laboratories for tests, when required.
Jarrod uses a variety of treatment techniques, which include herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary changes, flower essences, homoeopathic remedies, and celloid tissue salts.
Health fund rebates are applicable.
Weekday, evening and Saturday morning appointments are available.
Jarrod is available to present talks on wellness, stress management and naturopathy, to community groups and businesses.
