Tim Jenkins
B.Sc. Physiotherapy / Pilates Instructor
As a practising Physiotherapist for over ten years, Tim has developed expertise in treating a broad spectrum of muscular, nerve and joint conditions. Focusing initially on sports injuries at rugby, netball, and football clubs, he has developed a hands-on approach to healing and achieves impressive results. He has a special interest in back injuries and headache management. As the leader of the practice and head physiotherapist he is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is a strong believer in ongoing professional development, including his own self mastery of the Pilates Method. When not on deck at the practice you may spot him tearing around on his bicycle, chasing his 3 kids, or just sitting down enjoying the serenity!
Rochelle Grapes
B.Sc. Physiotherapy / Pilates Instructor
Rochelle has been with Jenkins Physiotherapy for the past few years after graduating from Curtin University in 2001. It was her interest in athletics, running and general fitness which began Rochelle working in her career of physiotherapy with sports injuries, and found improved results and strength with the Pilates method. Rochelle treats a diverse range of conditions including with an interest in Pilates, acupuncture and specialises in the treatment of orthopaedic problems and sporting injuries.
Ivan Paunoski
B.Sc. Physiotherapy / Pilates Instructor
Another great asset to the team, Ivan graduated from Curtin university in 2008. Ivan utilises manual therapy techniques and dry needling in combination with exercise to help achieve your health and lifestyle goals. He has a keen interest in gym, Pilates and hydrotherapy based exercise and has developed a keen understanding of rehabilitation to improve functional strength and help people back to work or sport.
