Jennene Greenall Esoteric Healing Arts

Jennene has been a student of Universal Medicine and the Esoteric Healing arts for seven years and an Esoteric practitioner for six, and now offers Esoteric Healing, Yoga, Chakra-puncture and Massage to her clients.

As a child herself, Jennene was able to connect to and feel the natural gentleness, timelessness and stillness that exists within us all. Today, she feels her purpose is clear, encouraging others to open up to a simpler way of being, recognising that for everyone it will be a work in progress that requires the development of the honesty we need to see where, why and how we might be getting in our own way.

With the understanding that she too is a student on the same path, Jennene invites you to join her in the steady unfolding of our true and natural selves.

Modalities
Esoteric Healing
As we live our life, our each and every word, step, movement and choice we make leaves an energetic imprint on or in our body. When emotional issues are left unresolved and we continually avoid dealing with them or numb the way we feel, this disharmonious energy develops into an illness or disease, our body becomes tight, hard and wears out and thus we move away from who we really are. Esoteric Healing (Healing our Innermost) restores the flow of divine and harmonious energy in our body and allows us to let go of what we are not. Esoteric Healing does this by looking at the root cause of why the illness is there. Consideration is given not only to the symptom and function of the body, but also by looking deeply at ingrained patterns of behaviour that have created pathways for disharmony to establish. By returning to the fullness we naturally are we live a life full of true vitality and joy. The understanding of Esoteric Healing is the basis upon which all other modalities are offered by Jennene.

Esoteric Chakrapuncture
Esoteric Chakrapuncture is a modality which employs the use of very fine needles which are shallowly inserted into the skin (<0.3mm). In this respect it may appear similar to Acupuncture, however no meridian lines are used in this modality. Instead Esoteric Chakra-puncture is based on the Science of the Nadis, a Science pre-dating both Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture. Esoteric Chakrapuncture is suitable for anyone and can specifically assist those wishing to treat the root cause of illness and disease. This modality supports the treatment of diabetes, the immune system, colds/flu, unstable knees, frozen shoulders, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, prostate and ovarian and infertility conditions, sinus and tinnitus, kidney and lungs, eczema/skin conditions, vascular conditions, chronic fatigue, arthritis, digestive disorders, to name just a few examples. It also has specialist programs of Detoxification and Cancer/Chemotherapy support .

Esoteric Bodywork/Massage
Esoteric Bodywork/Massage is a therapy which serves to restore true movement to the body. It is a gentle technique which allows the body to let go of both physical and emotional conditions that impact on the natural harmonious and grace-full movement that our bodies can express. An Esoteric Massage encourages your body to open up to stillness, and begin the process of self-healing. This modality assists with the treatment of acute and chronic injuries, reduces anxiety and calms the nervous system, improves energy levels and circulation, reduces blood pressure. Many patients also feel an increase in their mental clarity and deepend awareness. An Esoteric Massage with Jennene may encompass feet, legs, hands, arms, back, shoulders, stomach and face using specialised massage cream and essential oils.

Energetic Facial Release
This technique dates back to ancient Egypt (8,00-12,00 years ago) and is a wonderful way to gently treat the whole body. Similar to reflexology on the feet, and Energetic Facial Release connects to different areas on the face that are connected to organs in our bodies. It gently allows for stored mental stress, grief, sadness, anger, depression and frustration, beliefs and ideals to be cleared from the body.

Even though we often present a mask to the outside world, our faces do show the signs of how we are really living – the joy in a smile, tenderness in our cheeks, a worried brow, a tight, angry jaw. The Energetic Facial release assists us to let go of the tension in our faces and our bodies and lets us experience what it feels like again to be without the mask, and let our true selves shine forth.


Esoteric Yoga
Esoteric Yoga is the Yoga of Stillness. It provides you with a time, just for you, to stop and feel your body. Building body awareness, allowing ourselves to feel how our daily choices are impacting on our bodies.
