Jennie Lane, founder of Jennie Lane Health Coaching is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian who has built a successful business on the Northern Beaches.
Jennie enjoys working with individuals in 3 private practice locations and consults to a number of private hospitals and aged care facilities. She was involved in setting up the successful CHEERS program with Warringah Council and Northern Sydney health Promotion and Healthy Canteen Strategy at Collaroy Plateau Public School.
Jennie has been the Nutrition consultant for the Manly Sea Eagles since 2005 and consults to the NSW Institute of Sport Netball, Warringah Netball and other sporting teams.
Jennie has significant experience treating health issues such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Weight management, Malnutrition, Food intolerances, Disordered Eating, Family Heath and Sports Nutrition. She translates scientific information into personalised, practical dietary advice.
Jennie believes that well-being requires a holistic approach including a wide variety of nutritious foods, regular physical activity and a balanced lifestyle. Sometimes in our hectic lifestyles it is easy to lose our direction and a little help and guidance is all that is needed to get us back on the right track. Jennie gets no greater pleasure than seeing her clients gain confidence, energy and greater enjoyment in their life.
