My treatments vary from soothing and relaxing therapeutic Swedish massage to the deeper, more focused Remedial massage and Sports massage. Treatments are individual and will usually include a combination of these styles that is designed to suit you.
I offer Naturopathy services also. The reasons for visiting a naturopath are varied from a general health and well being check to specific health concerns of acute or chronic nature. Most initial consultations will take approximately 1.5 hours and depending on the individual, will involve modalities such as Nutrition – advice and/or supplementation, Herbal Medicine, Bach flowers and Iridology.
