REFLEXOLOGY
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment which is based on the belief that there are pressure points relating to the organs of the body on the feet and hands. This corresponding relationship is called a reflex. A reflex is when stimulation at one point brings a response in another area.
With its origin and birth in the East, Reflexology is a therapy that works on many levels, soothing, calming, balancing and boosting the entire body.
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy as the feet and hands are the only areas accessed during a treatment.
The treatment itself is gentle and non-aggressive and is the equivalent of receiving a body massage; by simply working these foot and hand
pressure points.
What can Reflexology assist with?
• Reduction of stress
• Body relaxation.
• Improvement of circulation.
• Cleansing the body of toxins and impurities.
• Balancing the whole body system.
• A preventative health care tool. QUALIFICATION DETAILS Jenny has been working as a therapist for several years.
