Welcome to Jacqueline Landre
Jacqueline Landre is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Society of Hypnosis, and has been working at the Duncraig Medical Centre, 14 Burragah Way, for the last seven years, and has recently commenced working also at Hillarys Psychology & Counselling Centre, 24 Banks Avenue, Hillarys. During this time she has worked with people needing assistance with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, confidence and self-esteem problems, panic and phobias, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss issues, relationship difficulties, substance dependence issues, eating problems and weight management problems.
Jacqueline uses a number of approaches to treatment including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Hypnosis, and can help you with stress management, relaxation training, and goal-directed behaviours such as weight loss or quitting smoking.
Much of her work deals with assisting people with overcoming problem behaviours, learning to deal with their emotions better, improving assertiveness and communication skills, improving their thinking patterns, and facilitating decision-making and goal achievement.
