Yoga - For Health, Well-being, Balance and Harmony.
SERVICES The best known branch of Yoga is Hatha Yoga, dealing with the physical body, its care, its health, strength and beauty.- Every exercise is practiced slowly and easily, to prevent the effects of exhaustion which is the enemy of good health.
- Intelligent use of the breath lengthens life, increases vitality and power of resistance.
- Relaxation is also vitally important. There are numerous techniques which when applied can help to relieve stress and relax the body.
- The practice can be gentle and yet dynamic.
- The goal or intention of the practice will be different for each person. My teaching respects the individual thus allowing space to flourish in ones own time.
“A body that is relaxed and calm invites mental peace” Paramahansa Yogananda
