Treatments

    SWEDISH MASSAGE
A relaxing massage, using traditional massage techniques.

    REMEDIAL MASSAGE
A deeper muscular therapy, with more attention to problem areas, loosening tight muscles in the neck, shoulders, back and other areas of the body.

    AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Massage, using a blend of pure essential oils

    LYMPHATIC THERAPY
A treatment to help clear fluid retention in the body, with emphasis on stimulating the deep lymphatic system to clear congestion, bloating and discomfort

    FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Pressure applied to specific reflexes on the feet with the intention of stimulating the areas of the body associated with those reflexes

    BOWEN THERAPY
Small gentle moves or cross-fibre manoeuvres of muscles, tendons & ligaments - to correct tension, spasm and displacement in muscles and connective tissue, triggering the body's natural healing responses.

    USPA FACIALS (with massage)
Using gentle, plant-based products with aromatherapy oils, this is a very relaxing treatment which includes cleansing, steaming, massage to the face, clay mask and moisturising. This treatment is combined with massage to the body.

    GALVANIC SPA FACIAL
A revolutionary system of products that fight the sources of ageing, deep cleans the skin in a gentle way and helps rejuvenate the texture of the skin.

    USPA (Uskincare) BODY SCRUBS
The skin requires exfoliation of dead skin cells. The back is one area most of us cannot reach alone. After showering, the body scrubs are followed with a relaxing or invigorating massage.

    IRIDOLOGY/SCLEROLOGY
An evaluation of health by observing markings in the Iris and Sclera. (not a medical diagnosis).
