So many times we find it difficult to say what we feel.
Sometimes we know something is wrong but don't understand what or why.
We may be scared of what we are feeling, finding out what is deeper within us. We may feel overwhelmed, like the flood gates may break open.
And sometimes it just feels too painful to talk or think or feel.
These are the ways that most of us feel at times.
We often need to learn new or different ways of coping than using our old ways.
My approach may give you an opportunity to understand what is going on and to enable change.
I believe in practical therapy that empowers you.
My approach of using both counselling and art therapy offers a unique combination of helping you to understand.
Please do not be intimidated by art therapy. There is no focus or judgement on what the art looks like. Art Therapy is simply about the process of doing the art work - what it felt like, what it means to you.
Art Therapy offers another way of communicating feelings to yourself and others.
